PRINTED ON BACK: “A view from the spacious infield towards the historic stands at Saratoga race track. This “Capitol of Thoroughbred Racing” annually draws the champions from all divisions to its race meeting to vie in such classic stakes as the Travers, the Alabama, the Hopeful and the Whitney.”

Mailed August 9, 1966. Chrome. The front has some old tape residue along the top. There’s some dark staining along the top as well. The back is discolored and a bit stained.

HANDWRITTEN: “Just won this race. Hope my winning streak keeps up as we’ve got the 1st part of the double. How nice is seems to be out & not working on a work day. Overcast but warm. Was at the plaza but didn’t see Hope. Well see ya.
